Mini UV Lamp Inspects, Detects and Disinfects Germs!

The patented Spectroline® MiniMAX™ UV-5ND is a 5-watt, dual-wavelength ultraviolet inspection/disinfection lamp.  This unique lamp provides filtered long-wave (365nm) UV light to pinpoint contaminants as well as non-filtered germicidal short-wave (254nm) UV light to kill germs.

Long-wave UV is used to inspect bathrooms and restrooms, bedrooms, work and food preparation surfaces, gym equipment, pool areas and much more.  It  detects urine and body fluids, food stains, bacterial and mold growths, and other unsanitary conditions.

Short-wave UV is used to disinfect disease transfer points such as doorknobs, toilet seats and flush handles, faucets, telephones and cell phones, and computer keyboards.  It kills most harmful germs, bacteria and viruses in just seconds! 

The pocket-sized UV-5ND lamp is extremely lightweight and compact.  It can be taken anywhere.  It weighs only 10.25 oz (290 g) with batteries, and measures 9.0 x 2.25 x 1.0” (22.9 x 5.7 x 2.5 cm).  The UV-5ND provides 4 to 6 hours of use on four 1.5-volt AA alkaline batteries (not included) and unlimited use with the AC adapter (included).  For added convenience, the lamp comes with a nylon travel pouch.
