Take the Long Island Expressway (L.I.E. 495 East) to Nassau County. Take Exit 38 to get onto the Northern State Parkway heading east. Shortly thereafter the parkway forks; the right fork leads to the Meadowbrook Parkway and Jones Beach, and the left fork remains as the Northern State Parkway. Stay to the left and continue east on the Northern State Parkway for three more exits. Get off at Exit 34 (Brush Hollow Road), make a hard right turn and go to the traffic light at Brush Hollow Road. Make a right at the light onto Brush Hollow Road and pass under the parkway. We are the first building on your right at 956 Brush Hollow Road.

Take Route 80 East to Route 95 East. Cross over the George Washington Bridge. Then take the Cross Bronx Expressway (I-95 East) to the Throgs Neck Bridge.
