output of 70,000 μW/cm² — producing the quickest and most complete erasure of programmed memory. They provide erasing cycle times as fast as 90 seconds!

  Adjustable tray inserts, with or without wafer fixtures, designed to handle wafers ranging in size from 6 to 12 inches (152 – 305 mm) are available as an option (sold separately).
