It's easy to detect rodent contamination with a Spectroline Black Light Lamp because rodent hair and urine fluoresce under it's longwave UV light. Rodent hair fluoresces blue-white and can be easliy identified on sacking or intermixed with grains. Rodent urine fluoresces blue-white to yellow-white when dry, bluer when fresh. And since rodents usually urinate while in motion, they make a characteristic droplet pattern which is distinguishable from other fluorescent material. Choose from the following lamps:

  • B-14N Battery-Operated UV Lamp
  • SB-100P Super-High-Intensity UV Lamp
  • BIB-150P Built-In-Ballast™ UV Lamp
  • CH-50P/12 High-Intensity UV Lamp
  • B-260 Battery-Operated UV Lantern
